Team

AgileTek’s founders have extensive business experience and technical knowledge of risers, umbilicals and power cables and our engineers are Masters and PhD level in subjects such as Mechanical Engineering and Ship Science.

All our engineers are trained in software development so that we can utilise state of the art technology to consistently deliver value to our customers.

Steven Rossiter
Managing Director

Steve has an MEng in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Sheffield and is responsible for the day-to-day running of AgileTek. He also leads our software development projects including development of our cloud-computing cluster and analysis automation system.

Hugh Martindale PhD
Director of Engineering

Hugh is the technical lead at AgileTek and supports staff development and analytical modelling. He has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from University College London; his thesis focused on flexible pipe end-fittings.

Truan Willis
Senior FEA Engineer

Truan has an MSc from the University of Manchester in Mechanical Engineering Design and leads Abaqus FEA at AgileTek. Since joining the company, he has developed automation software to streamline the local analysis workflow, delivering excellent value to our customers.

Richard Langdon
Lead Subsea Analyst

Richard holds a Masters degree in Ship Science from the University of Southampton and leads the OrcaFlex analysis team at AgileTek. In addition to developing models for complex subsea behaviour, he has implemented a database-backed inputs and results system for enhanced quality control on our dynamic analysis projects.

Robbie Collison
Senior Engineer

Robbie has an MSc in Ship Science from the University of Southampton and leads the project management function at AgileTek. His role spans the commercial and technical departments ensuring that our proposals are given the correct technical due diligence. He is responsible for ensuring that resources are available as required on projects.

Manuel Pimentel
Senior Engineering Analyst - Regional Development Manager (Asia)

Manuel has an MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of A Coruña and an MSc in Offshore Floating Systems from the University of Strathclyde. In addition to his work delivering subsea analysis, Manuel is responsible for the engineering, project management and business development of the company in Asia.
